#mytravelmemories di febbraio: Parigi

Questo mese voglio parlarvi dei miei ricordi di viaggio della mia città preferita: Parigi.

E non solo perché è la mia città del cuore e perché ci sono tornata 5 volte, ma anche perché l'ho visitata l'ultima volta l'anno scorso in occasione della festa di San Valentino insieme a mio marito.

 

 

Learning Italian is so funny with FlashSticks!

Today I want to draw the attention of all foreign language students (and particularly to those who are studying Italian as a foreign language) to a new way of memorize new words.
Some months ago, while I was searching for pages about Italian as a foreign Language on Google+ I found by chance a very interesting community "Flash Italian" owned by FlashSticks.

Then, when I visited the website I understood what the word "Flashsticks" means: it is a new and funny way to learn foreign languages using the famous "Post-it" (coloured and sticky slips of paper).

Un compleanno in compagnia degli Irlandesi

Una bellissima coincidenza ha fatto sì che sabato fosse il mio compleanno e anche il debutto dell'Italia nel Sei Nazioni del 2015.

Quale poteva essere il modo migliore di festeggiarlo per una esterofila come me se non andare allo stadio? Sì perché sabato pomeriggio allo Stadio Olimpico di Roma è tornato, come un po' di anni a questa parte, il torneo di rugby "Sei Nazioni" e si è colorato di bianco, verde, rosso e arancione visto che la bandiera irlandese è così simile alla nostra!

 

 

 

“Vedi Napoli e poi muori” / “View Naples and then die”

The name of this article is taken by a famous phrase by the German writer Wolfgang Goethe who loved Naples so much when he visited it that for him you didn’t need to see anything else in your life and you could die in peace. During the Romanticism many European intellectuals traveled to Italy and they found it beautiful. Stendhal too said that Naples was the most beautiful city in the world and that only Naples and Paris were worth a visit in Europe.
